No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.
Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods. However, there are more options for small cabinet.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years.
