Modern canopy bed with compound angle joints. This is one of our most unique beds – we have never made another design like it! The intersection of each of the parts of this structure are at compound angles of 45 degrees or more. Not only does this create interesting shapes not typically seen in a bed, but it makes an extremely strong frame and canopy. The bed is custom made for you. The bed can be configured for use without box springs, in a platform configuration. This provides 20 slats spaced 1.5″ apart. The floor to the bottom of the mattress would be 16″.
No veneers or compressed particle boards are used other than high quality plywood for drawer bottoms and dresser back. The wood that is not normally seen is a different hardwood species.
Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is a natural product and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be an exact match with the listing photos. The unique color, grain and appearance are part of the unique one-of-a-kind qualities of your furniture.
