The delivery was painless and easy to arrange. I unpacked the crate, carried everything inside, and set up the bed, all by myself, with no problem. I am a 64 y.o. male. I believe a smaller-stature person could have done everything alone except maybe carry the headboard. So don’t hesitate, it’s a premium bed at a bargain price! Your $$ stay in America, and the sellers are sooo nice!

Even the slats are made from nice quality maple (one of the slats had beautiful “flame” figuring, I couldn’t believe such a nice piece of wood was being used for a bed slat!). I ordered some stain samples to select a finish, and when I ordered the bed I was even asked to send the stain sample back so they could ensure the finished bed would match the sample. That’s an impressive level of attention to detail and craftsmanship. Assembly was a breeze, the bed came with good quality screws, not the cheap zinc stuff. The bed slats even had pilot holes pre-drilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy furniture from this seller again.

The pic doesn’t do it justice! There was a slight bit of difference in the directions, but I was able to call Lee and he helped us figure everything out and we were able to put the bed together in a relatively short period of time. It was like the IKEA master class ?. Everything went smoothly from ordering to communication to delivery. Lee was there every step of the way if we needed him and he was even able to delay shipment a week since we were on vacation once the frame was ready to ship. I would very highly recommend this shop; the quality is amazing and the frame is more beautiful than I could have imagined. I’m am extremely satisfied, to say the least!
